Fairplace Consulting PLC06 May 2005 6 May 2005 Embargoed for 7.00am Fairplace Consulting plc ("Fairplace") or ("the Company") Board Changes James Horsted and Neil Lewis, both Executive Directors, have resigned asdirectors of Fairplace with immediate effect in order that they may commencenegotiations with the Company which may or may not lead to the sale of theWorking Transitions division of the Company to them. The Working Transitions division is a specialist business providingdistance-based support to insurance company clients. The Company's strategy isto focus on its core outplacement services and the continuing development of itstalent management services. The resignations of Mr. Horsted and Mr. Lewis do not affect their status asemployees of the Company and accordingly they will both continue to be involvedin the Company in their capacities as employees but not as directors.
