Appointment of a director

The Board of Savile Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Clare Chalmers to the Board of the Company with immediate effect. She will be joining the Board in her capacity as Chief Executive Officer of IDDAS, a subsidiary of the Company.

Clare is aged 47 and was, between September 2004 and March 2007, Chief Operating Officer Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers in the UK following which she was Founding Partner of Rathmullan Associates, which provided Board assessment services and client audit research. During her investment banking career of nearly 20 years, Clare was Chief Operating Officer of Credit Suisse for the Global Media Business.

There are no current directorships or partnerships currently held by Ms Chalmers and no directorships or partnerships were held by her in the past 5 years.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced with regard to this appointment under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
