Board changes

Savile announces that, following the announcement on 3 December 2013 that Penna Consulting plc's recommended cash offer for the Company was wholly unconditional, David Harrel, Peter Conroy, Jonathan Cohen and Alex Wilson have resigned from the board.

Penny de Valk, Clare Chalmers and Mark Sidlin remain directors of the Company.
