Sareum Holdings PLC26 October 2007 Sareum Holdings plcDirector's Shareholding Sareum Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that a director of the Company,Giorgio Reggiani, has purchased an additional 44,444 ordinary shares of 0.025pof the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.9p per Ordinary Share inthe placing as announced by the Company on 22 October 2007 (the "Placing"). Thispurchase is in addition to the 555,556 Ordinary Shares he originally bought inthe Placing.
