ARTICLE 8 NOTIFICATION

Santander UK plc (the "Issuer")

This notification refers to:

(1) the Base Prospectus dated 22 March 2019, as supplemented from time to time (the Base Prospectus) for Notes to be issued by the Issuer under its Structured Note and Certificate Programme; and

(2) the Final Terms dated 8 November 2019 (the Final Terms) in respect of the issue of up to £10,000,000 Preference Share-linked Autocallable Notes due 2025 - Series 1156 (ISIN XS2035095616) (the Note Issue).

Pursuant to our obligations under Article 8 of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2010/73/EU, as amended) we confirm in respect of the Note Issue the following information:

Final Aggregate Nominal Amount: £724,000

Paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2 of Part A to the Final Terms shall be read accordingly.
