POP Retail GmbH - ECE Contract Renewal

SpaceandPeople plc (AIM:SAL) is delighted to announce that its German subsidiary company, POP Retail GmbH ("POP Retail") has again renewed its agreement with GB Service GmbH ("ECE") for the provision of retail kiosks in ECE managed shopping centres in Germany (the "Agreement").

The Agreement has been renewed for an extended five year period until April 2029 and provides additional flexibility and opportunity for both SpaceandPeople and ECE to roll out and operate the retail kiosk business in a cost effective manner.

The duration of the contract, combined with the additional flexibility granted, will enable us to provide a great service to ECE across their portfolio and to develop pop up retail further in this prestigious portfolio."

Ulf Schweppe, Head of Department Specialty Leasing of ECE said: "We are very pleased to be extending our relationship with POP Retail for another five years. This new agreement will allow us to offer new and established RMU concepts retailing throughout our portfolio of shopping centres in Germany."
