SpaceandPeople, the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, has been notified that Christopher Stainforth, an executive Director of SpaceandPeople, has sold 128,984 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 April 2012 at a price of 67.75p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr. Stainforth does not hold an interest in the Company's issued share capital.
