Further to SpaceandPeople's announcement on 1 July 2016 'Trading Update and Closure of S&P+ Limited', the Company announces pursuant to AIM Rule 17, that Matthew Bending and Gregor Dunlay, CEO and CFO of the Company respectively, were also both directors of S&P+ Limited between 30 July 2012 and July 2016 when the courts appointed a liquidator to S&P+ Limited.
