Contract Renewal and New Contract Win

SpaceandPeople Plc (AIM: SAL) is pleased to announce a contract renewal with M&G Real Estate and a new contract win with Hermes Real Estate the owners of "thecentre:mk", both in the UK.

M&G Real Estate owns and operates 11 shopping centres in the UK and is one of SpaceandPeople's longest established clients. The contract renewal is for a 3 year term with SpaceandPeople providing promotional activity, mobile retail activity and our new Mobile Promotion Kiosk opportunities on an exclusive basis across their wholly owned portfolio.

SpaceandPeople has also been awarded an exclusive 1 year agreement with thecentre:mk in Milton Keynes to provide Brand Experience sales management in this regionally dominant centre.

Having worked with this centre on an ad hoc basis for many years, I am delighted to have now signed an exclusive agreement with them that will allow us to develop the relationship and level of business much further."
