Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 27 October 2023 the Company issued 20,000 shares from treasury each at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 45,799,978. Science Group holds 385,896 shares in treasury.
The figure of 45,799,978 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
