Transaction in own shares
Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 7 March 2019, it purchased 9,000 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 205 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 205 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 205 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited.
The number of shares purchased represented 0.02% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 40,031,227. Science Group holds 2,030,808 shares in treasury.
