shares (8% of the voting rights) of Sagentia Group Plc

which are held by Ruffer LLP's discretionary clients.

This change from 7% to 8% is due to Sagentia's purchase

of 1,400,000 of its own shares on 16 November 2012

(these shares will be held in treasury). This has had the

net effect of increasing Ruffer's % holding.
