Board Changes
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Frederic Vecchioli to the main board of Safestore Holdings plc on 23 March 2011.
Frederic is a founding director of our French business and has overseen its growth to 22 stores in Paris operating under the Une Pièce En Plus brand. He joined the Group as President and Head of French operations following the Mentmore acquisition in 2004.
Richard Grainger, Chairman, said: "We are delighted to welcome Frederic to the board of Safestore. He will add further experience to the board and we look forward to his continued contribution to the Company's growth and expansion".
Frederic holds no other directorships in any other publicly quoted company and there are no other details requiring disclosure in respect of this appointment under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the FSA.
The Board has reviewed the membership of its Committees and has appointed Alan Lewis as a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
