In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the market is notified that the Company's issued voting capital consists of 105,068,157 ordinary shares of no par value. Atlantis does not hold any shares in treasury.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Atlantis under the DTRs.

Atlantis Resources Limited is a vertically integrated turbine supplier and project developer in the tidal power industry. The Atlantis group holds equity positions in a diverse portfolio of tidal stream development projects, which includes a stake of 85% in MeyGen Limited, the company developing the MeyGen project in Scotland. The MeyGen project is the largest consented tidal stream power project in Europe, and is scheduled to commence generation in 2016.
