Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of SaaS based transport technology solutions to fleet operators, has been notified that on 20 December 2024, Jonathan Lee, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 19,417 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.03 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Jonathan Lee's beneficial holding stands at 93,491 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
