Director and PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 28 April 2026 that Nicholas Shott, a Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 15,806 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £1.2647 per Ordinary Share and 24,231 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.2689 per Ordinary Share through a company closely associated with him, on 28 April 2026.
As a result of the transaction, Mr Shott's beneficial interest in the Company, amounts to a total holding of 40,037 Ordinary Shares in the Company and represents approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
