New Short Term Loan Facility
The Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the owner, operator and developer of power generation capacity internationally, are pleased to announce that the Company has been granted a new ninety day facility by Bridge Properties (Arena Central) Limited ("BPAC") of GBP 400,000 secured by the existing debenture over the assets of the Company and will bear interest at a rate, pro rata, of eighteen per cent per annum.
