Net Asset Value
RTW Venture Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value attributable to the ordinary shares of the Company at the close of business on 31 July 2022 (the "NAV") was US$288.1 million, or US$1.36 per ordinary share, an increase of 8.4% on the previous month.
As at 31 July 2022, 29.9 per cent. of the total NAV was invested in privately-held core portfolio companies and 35.4 per cent. of the total NAV was invested in public core portfolio companies, most of which were initiated as private investments. 33.2% was invested in other liquid public positions (which mirror holdings in RTW Investments, LP private funds) in lieu of holding cash for future core investments.
