Net Asset Value
RTW Venture Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value attributable to the ordinary shares of the Company at the close of business on 31 May 2022 (the "NAV") was US$258.3 million, or US$1.22 per ordinary share.
As at 31 May 2022, 33.7 per cent. of the total NAV was invested in privately-held core portfolio companies and 29.3 per cent. of the total NAV was invested in public core portfolio companies, most of which were initiated as private investments.

Investments by the Company in companies listed on a public stock exchange (the "Public Portfolio Companies") have each been valued by reference to their market capitalisation as at close of business on 31 May 2022. The Company applies a valuation discount to its investments in Public Portfolio Companies that are subject to post-IPO lock-up provisions. |
