Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the following:

As at the close of business on 31 May 2026, the Company had 345,967,440 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 22,420,003 were held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at that date was 323,547,437.

The above figure of 323,547,437 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
