Net Asset Value
RTW Venture Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value of the Company at the close of business on 28 February 2020 (the "NAV") was US$207.57 million, or US$1.20 per ordinary share.
As at 28 February 2020, 13.5 per cent. of the NAV was invested cent in privately-held companies.

Investments by the Company in companies listed on a public stock exchange (the "Public Portfolio Companies") have each been valued by reference to their market capitalisation as at close of business on 28 February 2020.
