Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The following prospectus has today been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 14 September 2012 in respect of the €2,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Rentokil Initial plc.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 5 April 2012.

The Supplementary Prospectus approved today and the Base Prospectus effective from 5 April 2012, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection by searching for documents relating to Rentokil Initial plc at:
