Publication of Drawdown Prospectus and Final Terms for the Issue of €500,000,000 3.375 per cent. Senior Unsecured Guaranteed Notes due 24 September 2019 unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Rentokil Initial 1927 plc under the €2,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme

The following Drawdown Prospectus and Final Terms have today been approved by the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing:

·; Drawdown Prospectus dated 20 September 2012 in respect of the €2,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Rentokil Initial plc.

·; Final Terms for the Issue of €500,000,000 3.375 per cent. Senior Unsecured Guaranteed Notes due 24 September 2019.

The Drawdown Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 5 April 2012 and the Supplementary Prospectus dated 14 September 2012.

The Drawdown Prospectus and Final Terms approved today, as well as the Supplementary Prospectus effective 14 September 2012 and the Base Prospectus effective from 5 April 2012, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection by searching for documents relating to Rentokil Initial plc at:
