The Rentokil Initial plc Performance Share Plan 2006 ("the PSP Plan")

 

Rentokil Initial plc announces that the performance conditions attached to Performance share awards granted under the PSP Plan to the directors of the Company on 12 June 2009 have not been satisfied and the following awards have now lapsed as set out below:
