INTERIM RESULTS TO 30 JUNE 2012 - AMENDMENT

Rentokil Initial announces that consistent with the language in its 2011 Annual Report, the narrative in the first paragraph under the table in Note 13 on page 24 of the Rentokil Initial Interim resultsissued on 3 August 2012 should have read as follows:"The group has a committed £270m revolving credit facility ('RCF') which expires in December 2016. The cost of borrowing under the RCF at the period end was 2.1%."replacing"The group has a committed £500m revolving credit facility which expires in October 2012 and which accrues interest at LIBOR for the period drawn plus 0.4%. The cost of borrowing under the RCF at the period end was 0.8995%".
