The Company announces that on 03 September 2013 Dr. Michael R Lynch, a Non-Executive Director, notified the Company that he had sold 3,000,000 blinkx plc Ordinary Shares ('blinkx Shares') at an average price of £1.501539 per share on 02 September 2013 and 03 September 2013. 

Following this transaction, Dr Lynch has an interest in 17,902,712 blinkx Shares, representing 4.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
