Trading update and notice of results

The Board of RTC (AIM: RTC.L) is pleased to provide a positive trading update for its financial year ended 31 December 2015, advising that it is trading in line with current market expectations.

In terms of our Group businesses, this positive news reflects:

· the successful mobilisation of the five year Network Rail contract entered into by Ganymede in April with revenues building to target levels and with all costs of mobilisation fully charged in the year;

· a very strong performance from ATA with efficiency continuing to improve through consultant training, continual process improvement and technology enhancements;

· continual, albeit reduced revenues from GSS with new long term international opportunities yet to be crystalised; and

· The Derby Conference Centre exceeding management expectations for the year in a highly competitive local market.

The Group expects to announce its preliminary results on 7 March 2016.
