Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it has received notice that on 21 October 2016 Bill Douie, Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 41p per share. Following the purchase, Mr Douie now holds 2,305,541 Ordinary Shares representing 15.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
