Dividend Declaration

As announced this morning in the publication of the Group's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 the Directors of RTC are proposing a final dividend for the year of 2.76p (2018: 2.55p) per share, subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2020. If shareholders approve the recommended final dividend, it will be paid on 1 June 2020 to all holders of shares who are on the register of members at the close of business on 11 May 2020, with an ex-dividend date of 7 May 2020.
