Board Change

The Board of RTC announces that Wayne Thornhill, Non-Executive Director, has given notice to resign from the Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective 28 November 2025. The Company is currently collating a short-list of suitably qualified candidates to replace Wayne and will make a further announcement in due course.

Andy Pendlebury, Chairman and Chief Executive, said:
