AGM changes

Due to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the Board of RTC announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will now be convened at the Derby Conference Centre, London Road, Derby, DE24 8UX at 12 noon on 17 June 2020.

Further, given the need to hold an AGM before the end of June 2020, and the likelihood that the full extent of the COVID-19 situation and therefore its' impact on the Group will not be known at that point, the Board have deemed it prudent to withdraw the resolution on a final dividend at the AGM.

The Board remain committed to their dividend policy where circumstances allow and hope to be able to update shareholders on future dividend payments later in the year.

A notice convening the Annual General Meeting will be sent to shareholders as soon as is practicably possible.
