Renewal of Voting Arrangement

Renishaw plc announces that Sir David McMurtry and John Deer have renewed for a further five years the current voting arrangement between them that was due to expire on 25 May 2018, details of which have been disclosed on page 74 of the Company's 2017 annual report.

The voting arrangement will terminate on the earlier of 25 May 2023 or the deaths of both Sir David McMurtry and John Deer.
