Renishaw PLC13 October 2006 Renishaw plc Trading announcement to be made at today's annual general meeting Revenue for the first three months of this current financial year has been abovethat for the comparable period last year despite adverse currency movements; inparticular the US Dollar and Japanese Yen. It is too early in the financial year to predict the outcome but, if the currentexchange rates are sustained, there will be an adverse effect on group profitsof an estimated £5 million for the full year.
