Capital Reduction Timetable Update

The Company announces that at the directions hearing held on 23 August 2011, the court advised that the hearing to confirm the proposed capital reduction by the Company expected to be held on 7 September 2011 is now anticipated to take place on 5 October 2011. Accordingly, the expected effective date of the capital reduction is now 6 October 2011.
