For Immediate Release 07 September 2006 Radstone Technology PLC ("Radstone" or the "Company") Further Comment regarding AGM Statement 'Reject Eurotech's Inadequate Offer' Commenting on Eurotech President Roberto Siagri's response to Radstone's AGMStatement Jeff Perrin, Chief Executive of Radstone said: "We have noted Roberto Siagri's comments on the Radstone AGM Statementconcerning the Radstone order book. The Radstone AGM Statement stated that the order book at the end of August 2006was 5% ahead of the same period last year. The order book level at the end of August 2006 was £93.4M. Expressed in US$, thecurrency in which the majority of Radstone orders are placed, the order book atMarch 2006 was $163M and had grown by 9% to $177M in the five months to August2006. In light of the continued strength of the order book, the Board remains highlyconfident in the prospects for the Group in the current year and beyond.
