Exercise of Options
Directors Dealing
Pursuant to Restore's Employee Share Option Scheme the Company has applied for 3,916,015 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The New Ordinary Shares are being issued in relation to the exercise today of options granted in 2010 and 2012 to certain employees and directors of the Company. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in the New Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 11 May 2016.
In conjunction with the option exercise and issue of New Ordinary Shares, Sir William Wells, Charles Skinner and Adam Councell, all directors of the Company, have received and simultaneously sold a number of their New Ordinary Shares as set out in the table below at a price of £3.05 per share.
