Mavinwood plc announces that Chief Executive, Charles Skinner, and Chairman, Sir William Wells have each purchased shares in the market as follows:
Charles Skinner purchased 3,140,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.561p per share on 9 July 2010 and now holds 6,340,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.41 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Sir William Wells purchased 3,140,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 0.561p per share on 9 July 2010 and now holds 6,340,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.41 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mavinwood has a total of 1,532,937,811 Ordinary Shares in issue.
