Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that, on 18 January 2019, Anthony Pearlgood, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, purchased 16,660 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 299 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr Pearlgood holds 36,498 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
