Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that Charles Skinner, Chief Executive, and Carol Skinner, a person closely associated with Mr Skinner, sold and repurchased in aggregate 9,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 362.5 pence per share, in order to transfer the shares between legal holdings. There is no change to the total number of shares held by Charles Skinner and his persons closely associated as a result of these transactions.
Following the sale and repurchase, Charles Skinner and his persons closely associated hold 1,098,792 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1% of the total issued share capital. Charles Skinner also holds 3,518,145 share options in the Company.
