BOARD CHANGES - Correction

Please see below a correction to this press release from Mavinwood PLC on 8 June 2009 entitled "BOARD CHANGES". 

It should read that Mr. Wilson held 400,000 shares in Mavinwood representing approximately 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.

BOARD CHANGES

Mavinwood plc, the AIM Listed support services company has announced the following Board changes:

Sir William Wells has been appointed Chairman of the Board. Sir William's career encompasses senior positions in public health, commercial property, insurance and small business

Charles Skinner has been appointed Chief Executive of the Group. Charles was previously chief executive of Johnson Services Group plc and Brandon Hire plc

Andrew Wilson has joined the Board as a non executive Director. Andrew is on the Boards of a number of companies including Global Health Partners AB, London Town plc and Impellam plc

These appointments are made with immediate effect.

As a consequence of these appointments Philip Read, Chairman and Bob Guthrie, non executive director have resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

Kevin Mahoney has stood down as Chief Executive but remains an Executive Director of the company.
