AGM Statement

At the Annual General Meeting of Restore Plc, held today at 2pm, the Chairman, Sir William Wells, made the following statement:

"I am pleased to report that the Group has started 2011 well and is currently trading in line with expectations. The acquisitions we made last year are performing well and the first indications from Sargents which we acquired a couple of weeks ago are positive and in line with expectations. I remain confident that we will continue to achieve increases in both turnover and profit in the current year."

Restore also announce that all the resolutions put to shareholders at the AGM were passed.
