Mavinwood PLC11 October 2007 Mavinwood plc Settlement of deferred consideration Mavinwood plc announces that it has today agreed terms to settle the deferredconsideration which has or may become due in respect of the acquisition of MonoServices Limited. It will pay £1 million (out of a maximum of £1m which could bepayable), which will be satisfied as to £100,000 in cash and as to £900,000 bythe issue of 4,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each at an issue price of 20pence each (the "Deferred Consideration Shares"). Application has today beenmade for the Deferred Consideration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM,which is expected to become effective on 16 October 2007.
