Retirement of Director

Following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, the Company announces the retirement of Jeremy Thompson as Non-Executive director of the Company. The Board extends their warm thanks and appreciation to Mr Thompson for his contribution to the Company, as a Director, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, during his tenure.

The Company further announces that Karen McClellan will succeed Jeremy Thompson as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
