Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock' or the 'Company') the mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing iron ore, uranium and manganese projects in Australia and East Africa announces, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that following the issue and allotment of 3,800,000 new ordinary shares as announced on 1 June 2010, the Company has 583,908,812 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 583,908,812 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
