Resource Star Limited announcement

Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock') announces that Resource Star Limited (ASX:RSL), which is focussed on uranium exploration in Australia and Malawi, has today announced the execution of a placement to raise approximately A$600,000 (before expenses) through the issue of approximately 3.7 million shares at 16 cents each the ("Placement").
As a result of the issue of the Placement shares, Red Rock is now interested in 24.4% of the issued share capital of Resource Star Limited, as enlarged by the Placement.
