Director's Dealing, Exercise of Options and Issue of Equity

Red Rock Resources PLC ("Red Rock" or the "Company") was notified on 29 January 2010 that Andrew Bell, Chairman of the Company, disposed of 200,000 ordinary 0.1p shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 1.45 pence per Ordinary Share on that same day.

Andrew Bell also exercised 200,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 1 pence per share ("New Ordinary Shares") on 29 January 2010.

Following this disposal and exercise of options, Andrew Bell holds no interest in the Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Mr. Bell remains interested in the following options to subscribe for the Company's Ordinary Shares.

Application will been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary share capital, to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will occur on 5 February 2010.

Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 566,353,142 ordinary shares in issue.
