Red Rock ResourcesΒ PLCΒ ("Red Rock" or the "Company") has been notified thatΒ Andrew Bell, Chairman of the Company,Β yesterdayΒ disposed ofΒ 1,000,000 ordinary 0.1p sharesΒ ("Ordinary Shares")Β in the CompanyΒ at an average price ofΒ 1.3Β pence perΒ Ordinary Share.
Andrew BellΒ yesterdayΒ also exercisedΒ 1,000,000 options to subscribe for OrdinaryΒ Shares in the Company at a price of 1 pence per shareΒ ("New Ordinary Shares").
FollowingΒ this disposal and exercise of options,Β Andrew BellΒ holds no interest in theΒ Ordinary Shares in the Company.
Mr. Bell remains interested in the following options to subscribe for the Company's Ordinary Shares.

Application willΒ been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary share capital, to be admitted to trading onΒ AIM. It is expected that the admissionΒ of the New Ordinary Shares to trading onΒ AIMΒ will occur onΒ 4 FebruaryΒ 2010.
Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will haveΒ 566,153,142Β ordinary shares in issue.Β
