Red Rock Resources PLC ("Red Rock" or the "Company") has been notified of the exercise by Andrew Bell on 25 September of 1,400,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 1.25 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of this exercise of options, Andrew Bell holds 1,700,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

In addition to his interests in the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company stated above, Mr Bell remains interested in the following options to subscribe for the Company's Ordinary Shares.

Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 643,388,780 ordinary shares in issue.
