In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the Company) reports that Mike Manley, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors of AutoNation, Inc., a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, effective 1 November 2021. He will step down as Head of Americas of Stellantis N.V. at that time.
