Dear Shareholder,
The board of directors of the Company (the “Board of Directors”) hereby informs shareholders of the Sub-Funds about certain change to the methodology of the index referenced by each Sub-Fund, the CSI300 Index (the “Reference Index”) which is administrated by China Securities Index Co., Ltd (the "Index Administrator").
Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the most recent version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”) unless the context otherwise requires.
As at the next index rebalancing (effective 13 December 2021), the selection universe of the Reference Index will be amended to adjust the listing time of ChiNext Board securities to be included in the selection universe from “more than three years” to “more than 1 year”.
Apart from the above change, the methodology of the Reference Index remains the same in all material respects.
Each of the Sub-Fund’s name, investment objective, risk profile and fees will remain unchanged. The Prospectus will be adjusted to reflect the change to the Reference Index in due course.

Copies of the revised Prospectus and the key investor information documents of the Sub-Funds reflecting the changes will be made available on the website of the Company (www.Xtrackers.com), and copies thereof may be obtained on request free of charge at the registered office of the Company or at the offices of foreign representatives, once available.
